NOTE: These tips were given from our CPO. I consider them as extremely valuable and wanted to write them down and share. 

Tip 1: Build relationships. Make friends. Have influence and empathy. That is the way to lead with impact. 

Tip 2: Learn to let things go. Choose wisely which hills to climb and which not to. Use your energy on the things that matter.

Tip 3: Always frame your work thinking what is the most impactful thing you can do. Not the most valuable as many things can be valuable. Strive to make an impact. Which is the most important thing you are doing?
